Define the requirements needed to fill the position Develop a research strategy to locate potential candidates Select and present only the most qualified candidates
Upon definition, Castle recruiters will prepare a written job specification for client approval and circulation to potential candidates. Our strategy will involve some or all of the following: industry networking, contacting competitive companies, searching proprietary databases. We'll present, in writing, only those candidates specific to your requirements. All candidates are screened multiple times by the Castle Consulting Services team.

Schedule and prepare candidates for client interviews Check and provide references prior to candidate offer Negotiate candidate offer and acceptance
We handle the logistics and follow-through with both candidate and client to keep the process on track, ensuring that both parties remain engaged in the process and that the process moves forward in a timely fashion. The candidate's experience and skills are verified and summarized in writing to the client. We assist and advise in determining appropriate compensation based on our knowledge of similar positions in the industry and geographic area.  Adhering to the steps in our thorough search process helps ensure that the offer made is accepted.
