Janet L. Silverman has 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, having held several senior level positions both within Fortune 500 and start-up companies. As a senior-level manager for such companies as AT&T, Comverse Technology, Siemens, and IBM, Janet has built sales and marketing organizations. She has hired, trained and been responsible for large groups of sales, sales support, technical and management personnel. She has had headquarter responsibility for over $215 million and has marketed telecom equipment, network services, software applications, and consulting services nationwide.

Janet's experience in sales, marketing and sales management has rendered her a valuable resource in identifying and qualifying potential candidates. More importantly, she understands how to work hand-in-hand with her customers and candidates to ensure the best individual is not only given an offer, but accepts it.

Janet has developed a strong network of domestic and international strategic partners, which include recruiters, marketing, human resource and IT professionals and venture capital firms. Michelle Sutton, Administrative Assistant and Research Analyst, brings 15 + years of experience working with small and medium businesses, with a focus in marketing and project management.

She holds a B.S in Marketing from St. Johnís University.

Veronica Costanza, Research Specialist and Special Projects Manager, has 20 plus years of managerial and sales experience in the retail, consumer goods, and publishing sectors, with an additional 12 years in education, both fundraising and teaching. As Group Publisher for a multi-million dollar portfolio of computer trade magazines, Veronica was responsible for staff and resource management including new product development, budget analysis, marketing, and the hiring, training, and coaching of sales and editorial professionals. Her true expertise is in providing customized plans for clients that result in goal fulfillment and positive returns. She does this through clear communication and thorough research of industries and solutions.

Veronica holds a BA in Communication and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University.

Jill Andrews, Senior Executive Recruiter and Marketing Consultant, has 15 + years of professional experience in the entertainment industry in marketing, partnership marketing, promotions, and advertising. In her marketing role, she has developed successful new web sites targeting both clients (B2B) as well as Consumers (B2C), working with a variety of departments within a company. Jill has extensive data-base and online marketing skills.

Jill holds a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Delaware.

Rita Child, Business Development and Recruiting, brings 15 years of experience as a Senior Manager in Global Publishing. Rita has managed large scale direct mail campaigns and has experience creating and implementing databases to increase efficiencies and communications. Rita's background in streamlining business processes and identifying new clients will be an asset to Castle Consulting Services, Inc.

Rita holds a BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College.

Kirsten McKeon, Business Development and Independent Recruiter, with 14 years of experience working with new investment banking hires as a coach and teaching assistant. She also worked 7 years as a brokerage accountant/senior portfolio analyst for one of the highest volume stock hedge funds. She served as liaison between traders and clearing houses and directly assisted the Controller and CFO. Kirsten now applies her many years of research expertise to talent acquisition and client research.

Kirsten holds a BS in Accounting/Finance and an MBA with concentration in Information Systems from Clarkson University. She is a CFA Charterholder.

Veronica Mingoia, Executive Recruiter, has over 18 years of healthcare management experience with roles in practice administration, healthcare informatics/analysis, and business intelligence software training. She applies her experience in business management, including comprehensive human resources and staff management, to recruiting and talent acquisition. Veronica strives to utilize strong data analysis, mining and communication skills to identify well-qualified and successful sales, marketing and executive professionals as well as highly skilled technologists in fields such as mobile, internet, computer software and technology.

Veronica holds a BS in Life Sciences with Biology concentration from SUNY-Purchase.

Jennifer Renz, Senior Executive Recruiter and Marketing Consultant with 20 years of experience in the advertising, publishing and internet marketing sectors, and over 7 years as an Executive Recruiter within the technology and advertising industries. Jennifer has extensive experience in Database and Direct Marketing. Jennifer previously worked with Young and Rubicam and Conde Nast Publishing, working within their database/Consumer Marketing departments.

Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College.
